Jesus Christ

Jesus, the Son, the Lord of all;
He healed, He loved; but, died on the cross;
Many loved Him ,some didn’t believe;
that He was the Christ sent to set us free;
But, He did not suffer at all in vain;
that day when He was tortured and slain;
He said Father forgive them for what they do;
I will return again to help them through;
After His death, to everyone’s surprise;
He came to life then rose to the sky;
the multitudes looked on in awe;
at the wonderful Christ, the Son of God…
He left with a vow that He would return;
for the final trip home He would gather His own;
All of those who love the Son;
Will live in peace in the Heavenly Home..
