(Just make sure you leave those ruby slippers home when you come to farm)

Debi,
I hope you had a wonderful birthday. You are such a special, talented lady. You have blessed me through you wonderful songs. I love to sit back and watch how God uses different talents for his glory. On this retreat I saw the love of Jesus in your smile as you patiently waited for me to get there each morning. Each morning I was rushed and running behind trying to get the kids where they needed to go and as I drove up I’d see you waiting on me smiling. Ready to help me bring my things in the house. I could feel the peace come over me. What a beatuiful child of God! May God bless you each year and may your songs rush through people’s spirits like a raging river that’s so overwhelming you have to stop and listen to what God’s saying through your voice. Happy Birthday! By the way, you guys do make a pretty good cow milking team.
Thanks chickenfarmer for your encouraging, gracious words, for your blessing. I looked forward to seeing you each morning and I really enjoyed the time we had to play our guitars together and all the things I learned from you…from the insights you shared at the Retreat ’06 to the things I learned from you about fishing. (And not to mention about cow-milking and egg-running!)
I’m a little late but wanted to wish you a birthday wish that will keep on giving throughout the year. May the Lord Jesus send His angels with His special watering can. May He fill every area of your life with a freshness, newness (change) that will change all your tomorrows so that all that you plant will come up. You know how farmers sometimes plant three seeds per one hole – well your plantings I pray will all come up and everyone will be blessed from their fruit. Enjoy throughout the year.
