Your “thoughts”, Sara, give us a lot to think on, as does the flame photo which looks to me like a “life-giving fountain “.
Just reading your blog and scriptures says to me that your words are Hope and they speak Life.

Tammy’s comments and especially , “When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” reminded me of an incident where 3 men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, lived in such a way that this proved to be true in their dire situation.
From an account about King Nebuchadnezzar and a gold statue he had set up in Daniel 3:12, it said that these three men “…refuse to serve your gods and do not worship the gold statue you have set up.”
And the Lord rescued them.
“So Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego stepped out of the fire. Then the high officers, officials, governors, and advisers crowded around them and saw that “the fire had not touched them. Not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn’t even smell of smoke!” Vs 27
Daniel 2: 29 says this about those three men:
“He sent his angel to rescue his servants who trusted in him. They defied the king’s command and were willing to die rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. “ Vs. 29
