This game has been a favorite of many children. I hope you out there will also enjoy it. If you want you can make little men the size of giant
gingerbread men (about 8 inches in length) and put the statement on one side and the answer on the other. I will give you ten at a time to see how well
you do. You will need to make about 50 cardstock gingerbread men in all. I will let you know how you did. Here goes:

1. I was stoned for my belief in Jesus. Saul, later known as Paul,
watched me being stoned. Who am I?
2. I denied Jesus three times before the cock crowed. Who am I?
3. I am King Saul’s son. I was best friends with David. Who am I?
4. I am the Bread of Life that gives Life, the Living Bread. Who am I?
5. I was Isaac’s son. I stole my brother’s birthright. Who am I?
6. I was a wee little man that climbed the sycamore tree to see Jesus. Who
am I?
7. I had a coat of many colors. Who am I?
8. I had the animals go two by two into the arc? Who am I?
9. I was placed in the lions den for my prayers to God. Who am I?
10. I killed Goliath with a sling shot. Who am I?

I am a novice writer and painter who loves to be creative. I love singing but can't sing without a hymnal, except for children's songs. I love to make up my own songs and love the old hymns. I love to garden and got that love from my Mom and Dad who taught be everything I know from planting to harvesting to canning. I'm happy gardening, walking with my pug, JD Sir Winston Churchill, painting, and crafting. I love to spend Saturday's sitting in my rocker going through a bible study. I love working with elementary school aged children and seeing them use their creative gifts. I have taught Sunday school for a number of years and taught in the public schools for 18 years. I might say I'm retired but I spend most of my time subbing and enjoy it immensely. The kids spark my own creativeness.

    1. Mrs. O I am trying to get those questions in my HEAD. At my chuch we are learning about truth and honesty. It was such a long time a go when I leaned that. Don’t worry I’m getting them one at a time.

      2. Grace what are you learning about truth and honesty? Maybe you would like to share with other children. Also maybe some of you out there may want to share what you are learning in Sunday School. My class is studying Queen Esther. She saved a lot of Jews from being killed.
        She was raised up as Queen just for that purpose. Isn’t God good to raise a person up in order to save a nation? I bet He is raising you each up for a very, very special purpose.

      3. Mrs. O,
        We are learning about times in the bible where people tell the truth or lie. My church is diffrent then your’s through. Each Sunday we go to cooking, drama, homeroom, arts and crafts, or movies. Last week we were at movies. They always try to make the movies fun but also about God, Jesus, or Truth and Honesty. We whatched He is a Big Fat Lier, where a kid always tells lies intill no one believes him when he tells the truth. Cooking is this week and I will tell you what we cooked.

        Your church sounds like a lot of fun with great teaching. You sound like a great teacher as well.

        I want to share one of my favorite Bible verses with you. John 4:23 “…the true worshipers will worship the Father (God) in spirit and truth…”

        This verse brings to my mind that God sees who we really are and how we live and that is what counts to Him. As we love God it will show from our spirit and if our heart has been looking for His truth and living in truth then God will be well pleased. Our parents and teachers will be very pleased as well.

        We are all looking forward to hearing more from you on turth and honesty.
