Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/8 cup water
1 1/8 cup Bisquick

Heat over 350 degrees

Bake sweet potato, cool, peel, mash
add all remaining ingredients
Mix will be a little wet
Drop tablespoon size in self-rise flour
Pat out and place in pan

Bake 16 to 18 minutes

  2. I loved the biscuits you made from this recipe for The Daily Lily Retreat ’09 Jamie! They were really moist and just melt in your mouth. What kind of pan works best for you….do you have to grease the pan?
