Boys and girls, Our first run begins today. Leash up and come along…
.
D J and I will use this song for our sessions. We sing it as a rap!
We’re run, run, run, and learn of the Lord
Learn of the Lord, Learn of the Lord
We’re run, run, run, and learn of the Lord
Learn of the Lord.
We’re run, run and score real big
We’re run, run and score real big.
We’re run, run and go for the goal.
Go for the goal, go for the goal
To be who He called us to be.
We’re reaching up high, higher and higher
Higher, higher to become, men and women God
We follow Jesus all the days of our lives
And to Heaven even-tu-ally.
So right now we run, run, run!
JD and I like to study the events leading up to the birth of Jesus, his life, and life eternal. We want to run the good race for Jesus. An acronym for Jesus is:
J for Joyful
E for eternal
S for selfless
U for understanding
S for son of God

The word “Bible comes from the Egyptian word for parchment, byblos. The Greek word biblios means books or scrolls. Later, it was translated into Latin, biblia, meaning “book.” The Bible is more than a single book. It is a library of books. In this Bible library, as in any library, you will find a variety of books–prose, poetry, songs, prayers, history, folklore, sagas, wisdom, letters, parables, proverbs, prophecy, etc. The library of the Bible is divided into two large groups of books:

Rena, love your start up, “On The Run…”
Awesome Rena. Love your on the run club for children. Great start up..Way to go JD
Rena, JD sure has learned a lot about the Bible. I am praying that our young friends will join in with JD & MS O and practice aiming for the goal of learning more and more about Jesus Who loves them so very much and read about Him in His book, the BIBLE.
WOW, Mrs. O and JD, that Bible Book Bop song makes me want to get up and dance!
On the Run sure has lots of things to read, learn, listen and do. The songs links were great and the visit to the coloring page. Nice start-up JD and Rena!
I sure would love to see JD dancing the BIBLE BOP. I am sure he would be a really cute dancer to the rhythm of the Books of the Bible. But I sure hope he stays within the lines when he does his coloring books. 🙂
OK, boys and girls where are you. Mrs. O with JD has a challenge for you! Would love to see all of you join in…
