Color your spring with plants! Plants can provide colorful blooms to brighten your outside or to cut and bring inside. Even leaf colors and textures create a canvas awash with beauty. The varying scents of plants can color our olfactory perception…such as walking by a bed of lavender, rosemary or thyme that brushes against our legs releasing drifts of aromas. Plants provide us with the five colors for our plates that color our health. Our pollinators, the bees and birds, welcome and search for color in our gardens as well, rewarding the earth with plant productivity and us with the wonder of honey.
So, color your spring with plants. If you are in the Leesburg, Virginia area, please stop in and visit the Monroe Technology Center’s Spring Plant Sale where you are sure to find lots of colorful plants. The sale is May 1-3.

The Plant Sale was beautiful. I got Hibicus the color of a tropical sunset. They will greet me at my door again this year. Thanks Debi for a greatly organized Plant Sale. “All things worked together for the good sponsored by the Lord Jesus for His followers.”
