Such a meaningful quote that is so connected with the beautiful picture and the video as well, Sara. Something of the heart to really think on this week where hearts are seen everywhere.
Seeing all those grapes and what they produce to ‘fill my cup’ made me think of this verse from John 15, “I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener.”…”Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing”. True rest.
So often these days as I return here and have a sing along with this meditative, praise and worship music, I am reminded, Oh, Lord what are we thirsting for? Regardless, if we meet Jesus at the well he will satisfied, Jesus said, “… The water that I will give will become a spring of water gushing up to eternal life.”
—John 4:13-14, NRSV
