  1. I have enjoying my coloring and recalling scripture as I made each circle a different color. I’v found ways to expand my thought from focusing on too much of one thing. Colors, yes I did a lot of yellow/gold today and counted the various ways God must enjoy yellow/gold. Oh, yes, His 🌈 Rainbow features yellow as the third arc. God’s Promises. Nice color and number. Three what do I love about 3? Father, son and Holy Spirit? Three in One is called the Trinity!

Three makes a Trio! Yes, let me ITune a trio for my coloring. Why yes, the Gaither Trio*before they were a quartet. My thoughts expanded until I found washing my hands as a prayer basin for my prayers for those that need. Jesus used water and basin to wash what might have been pretty dirty feet.

Now, as I color a mandala I’m not focusing on a bird, flower or scene. I’m focusing on the unseen. Faith, “ Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

I’m hoping to hear from others about how coloring might have changed your mind. Maybe from fear to love💕 ! Doubt to faith! Sad to glad! So many wonderful Joys to be had when we open our minds and hearts to the Spirit of the living God.

*I discovered the Gaithers were heartbroken this week losing one of their original members that was with them 10 years. One that served God as Singer and Pastor among many other Godly endeavors. Gary McSpadden Leaving his wife and family in need of prayer of comfort and grace. What a privilege to join hands in this prayer. 🙏🏻

  2. Thank you for the mandala to color, Sara along with the scripture to meditate on. I first tried using one of my coloring pens in purple but it was too harsh and I knew i had to find a gentle medium….so I chose my watercolor pencils and it felt right. There was a softness and ease as they went on and I kept hearing ‘gentle’. The gentlest, most peaceful color tonight was a soft pink with a hint of lavender.

I thought of the gentle Shepherd Jesus…and prayers for so many that are hurting in so many different ways that need His special care and touch…..”He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.” Isaiah 40:11

And gentleness is a fruit of the Spirit, as is peace…both so needed.
And gentleness is part of Wisdom…”But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.” James 3:17

    1. Debi, did you use the online coloring pencils and brushes? They are great to use. The colors are mixed so lush and perfect.🔴🟣🔵🟢🟢🟠🟤⚪️⚫️

Those circles of the family of God in glowing colors kept me grounded as I prayed for Mr Jack in a nursing home isolated from his family, But, able to be cared for. 🟠 Then only a few miles down the road another nursing/rehab where we find Ms Lois. Just yesterday 3 patients and 1 staff diagnosed with the Coronavirus. They were all tested yesterday. That was the news I received while coloring. I loved my online art box as it provided a pencil to write names. Circle for Jack! 🟠 Circle for Lois.🔴

Today is the day the Lord hath made I will rejoice and be glad in it! (Psalm 118:24) His Mercies endures forever.

      1. “Debi, did you use the online coloring pencils and brushes?”

Yes, I tried those tonight and yes the colors are beautiful, as is the pen to write names and remember Jack and Lois and those with coronavirus that you spoke of…as well as others who reside in the 2 homes and all that work there. Red was the color I chose to put around the outside circle to symbolize the blood of Jesus and His protection for all inside.

  3. Ladies, I’m not advertising clothes to buy at all. (See link below) But, coloring within my lines🙃 I’m just greatly touched by the sweetness of God’s favor and love!

I opened my emails to start my work day after my comments here. I smiled as color meanings caught my eye to make me smile. They share their thoughts on pink and orange! Just a little confirm I wanted to share. So many confirmations of just the beauty of simplicity the Holy Spirit sends to add spark to our authenticity. We are all so unique in The Father’s Eyes. Always color within your lines and He sends the spark! 🔥 In my universe He will make you a 🌟

  4. Another circle ⭕️ to color, I received this from one of our Southern Gospel greats from Sanford, NC about a need from my Va connecting county.

“ Kathi Siford, wife of The Harvesters webmaster Duane Siford passed away Monday (4/13/2020) from COVID 19. Kathi was a blessing to know, always encouraging, prayer partner, always making people feel important and loved. Kathi will surely be missed. A private family-only funeral will be held tomorrow (Friday) in Manassas, Virginia with a Celebration of Kathi’s life held at a later date. Please pray for peace, comfort and strength tomorrow and the days ahead for Kara, Duane and the family.

    Danny Parker”

  5. A circle is colored this pm to remember this family…praying for “peace, comfort and strength tomorrow and the days ahead for Kara, Duane and the family.”

  6. “Lois’s test and all staff n patients tested negative except the Ones reported earlier.”

We give thanks and remember the ones reported as we mention them to Our Father.🙏🏻

    1. That is a great praise report about the negative cases and agree in prayer to “remember the ones reported earlier”.

  7. What a beautiful Mandala and Scripture, ALL I could see was Jesus, His Peace, His love.
He who loved others more than self, dying on the cross for every sin ever committed. Impossible! NO not with God….every accusation and sin by the accuser which we play out is met by the phrase, “but God…..” I then saw a wheel. Jesus, the Prince of Peace, is the axle which goes throughout the world touching down to see if anyone wants to get on the Jesus Christ’s Peace Train.. Many do, but sadly many don’t!. I paint this axle a bold blue. Believing in Jesus gives us peace and hope which the world does not give.. He Jesus is the son of God. The next circle is that He is Holy, the son (sun) of God which I painted a bold yellow.

You may ask, “What then is that wreath. It symbolizes when we believe in Him we have relationship with Jesus and it grows sweeter day by day as we journey with Him. I painted the wreath a bold green for growth.

I think of the tiny circles which I thought of as candles for Jesus, the Prince of Peace. I painted each a bold yellow. As you can see the candles are not hidden (in the song, if you remember, “This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine,Hide it under a bushel, NO, I’m going to let it shine.” Lastly in the song …this little light of mine,I’m going to let it shine all over (name the place where you live), I’m going to let it shine. Shine until Jesus Comes.”

There are eight lights then eight small circles, and then eight larger circles. 8 is a symbol of Resurrection (rising from the dead) and Regeneration (made new). Where have we heard this, or have you?!?
When we believe in Jesus and believe that He died for our sins and we ask God for forgiveness of those sins we are raised from the death of sin into a new life that last for eternity. Anyone ready to get aboard Jesus’s Soul Train. He will give us new clothes with the final stop being Heaven!

Lastly, there is one large circle containing all the circles of which Jesus is the Axle, the center of our Faith. The center of everything that happens. I painted it a bold red for the blood of Jesus which was shed for You and Me! He set us free from sin and death.

This song really talks about the wheel!
They’ll Know We Are Christians by Our Love
    By Jars of Clay

We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord
We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord
And we pray that our unity will one day be restored
And they’ll know we are Christians by our love, by our love
Yeah they’ll know we are Christians by our love
We will work with each other, we will work side by side
We will work with each other, we will work side by side

2 Thessalonians 3: 16 Now may the Lord of Peace give you Peace!

    1. Rena, I enjoyed your color graphic salvation message.

As you colored along I thought of the wheel in the wheel! Ezekiel 1:16 “The appearance of the wheels and their work was like to the color of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel.”

The color of beryl? I had to look up the color beryl, “mineral, beryllium aluminum silicate,…usually green, but also blue, rose, white, and golden, and both opaque and transparent, the latter variety including the gems emerald and aquamarine:” WOW Many years I never gave a thought Ezekiel was seeing a Mandala in glorious colors.
