Beautiful šµ Matthew 28 says: ā5Ā The angel said to the women, āDo not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. 6Ā He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7Ā Then go quickly and tell his disciples: āHe has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.ā Now I have told you.ā
8Ā So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9Ā Suddenly Jesus met them. āGreetings,ā he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him. 10Ā Then Jesus said to them, āDo not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.ā
We can all be encouraged this time of yearāļø, all year, and every year that Jesus is ALIVE! Absolutely gorgeous photo above!
I love the photo which reminds us of Jesus arose. Thank you Chris. After reading the Scripture about Jesus Christ rising up from the dead (@Easter Sunday) I
I thought of the scripture John 1:5
Which reads The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 14:6 Jesus said, āI am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me.
O how can people see their way in the darkness of life. We cannot refute that our days are very dark.
Ernest Hemingway reportedly said. We are all broken. thatās how the light gets in. God said in Isaiah ā You are merely a clay pot. Hummmm!
A lady from my BSF class told me she was in Israel and was in a gift shop and she saw a clay pot that had been broken and had been put back together with gold. As an intro activity to my Sunday school class, I told this to my 5th grade girls , I asked what do you think this represent. One girl raised her hand and said, ā Ms O thatās easy. The vase is us broken by sin and only Jesus can put us back again. I asked why gold an she said ā gold has no impurities ā Jesus is sinless.āššš
Arenāt we glad even though we are broken due to sin, God can put us back together. All you have to do is say. Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow you!
Now look and know the light is Jesus who has come in. And others will see Jesusās light shining out in this dark time.
When I pause in the presence of sunrise Iām reminded of a throne, a king, a priest, a judge. (Psalm 110) The One the holds the worldās governments upon His shoulders. (Isaiah 9:6) and Iāve been invited to sit, stand, walk, kneel and talk with Him! Communicate with Him! Worship Him! Praise Him! Be friends with Him! Receive gifts from Him! From those gifts bring my fruit to a table of fellowship where He sits at the head and enjoys a meal with His family of fruit bearing gifted friends.
If you are not yet at the table imagine the joyful table and not the dreaded table where me-isms and circular talk goes to a dead end! Yes, imagine the very opposite if you can!

What a spectacular photo by Chris! It perfectly illustrates the reality of the song. And the scriptures and comment by Tammy further reinforces it.
