  1. What a lovely name, Grace. I know your name means “Thankful Spirit” You have surely shown us a thankful spirit by telling us of your love for God and Jesus. I would love to read some of those stories. Maybe you would like to share some with us here on The Daily Lily.

You have also shown your appreciation for your teacher, Mrs. Oynes. WOW, what a lovely encouraging young lady you are. I am jealous that Mrs. Oynes has you in her class and I am not there to enjoy all the beauty you show.

Be sure to tell Mrs. Oynes, I am jealous. We hope to see more of your writings and comments here at the daily lily.

    1. Hello, Grace! Grace is part of my name, also. I teach lots of 5th graders music and drama and story telling and it is exciting to hear about your writings and your hopes and dreams to become a writer. We will believe with you that God will grant you the grace to accomplish your dreams and visions and that you will bring honor and glory to Jesus through your writing.
It would be wonderful and so exciting if some day, some of my students would be able to perform one of your plays or stories.
Welcome to thedailylily. We love young lilies like you.

      1. Hi! Thank you for your comment! I am in Talented Drama at my school. Maybe you can give me advice on drama. Thanks again!

  6. Grace, do you have a favorite color? A favorite book? A favorite food? Do you have a pet?

GARY, my husband and I have two shelties. We love dogs.

Would you remember to say a little prayer for Ms O on Sunday, Nov. 12. That is her Birthday.

    1. Thank you for taking you time to talk to me. My favorite color is pink. I love the book Bud not Buddy and yes I have a dog named sherlock. He is a bassit hound with LONG ears. Yes I would say a prayer for Mrs. O BUT I WILL SAY A BIG PRAYER! After all your birthday only comes once a year! I enjoy saying the prayers at my church, and I do say it like 100 percent of the time.
      With Faith,
      Grace
