Thanks to The Daily Lily for inviting me to be your Mascot! I have been greatly loved this year and I have been taught and trained very well. Looking forward to being with you in ’07 as we together make a Blazing Star (Lily) for all to see. I love you!

Lily is not only beautiful, but she’s smart and her instincts are sharply honed. She can read expressions, attitudes and demeanors at this very young age. She has been doing that for a while, now, even though she’s just turning one year old. What a darling, she is!

Today, when I made a surprise birthday visit to Lily I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS SURPRISED!! She greeted me in an unusual way. Somehow, she immediately sensed that I had come bearing gifts and she met me at the door and put her paws on me as if to say,’ok! where is it?’ She has never done that but usually greets me with wagging tail and little yips. This time, that little girlie knew something was afoot! She never left my side until she was presented with her birthday surprise which was NOT a surprise for her!
I told you, daily Lilies, that our mascot, Lily , is Brilliant!
Happy Birthday Lily, You get more beautiful everyday. I hope I get to visit you soon. I’ll have to find out from you Mom what special treats I can bring.
