  1. Joel 3:10, “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”

    Philippines 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

    We sure have the word to heat the tea bag up.

  2. This sounds similar to a heated refining process which reminds me of two scriptures:

    “For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined. You brought us into the net; You laid affliction on our backs. You have caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But You brought us out to rich fulfillment. “(Psalm 66:10-12)

    “But he knows the way that I take;
    when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold.” Job 23:10

  3. “If you suffer from self-doubt or self-hatred, if you abuse your body with bad food or bad habits, even if you simply put yourself at the very bottom of the list of people you do things for, under the kids and spouse and parents and boss and friends, then you do not understand your own value, if you did, you wouldn’t treat yourself that way.” Joyce Meyer,

    I hope our strength is daily refreshing our spirit with The Holy Spirit. Beware of human strength when it is dropped in hot water. It just may not know to wrap itself around the spoon of love and leave the hot water and find a resting place. Well, this is what I think!

  4. Yes I agree women are like tea bags..and it is true you will see her strength when she gets into hot water….and she also gets stronger the longer she stays in that hot water…and yes the Lord is her strength that which makes her strong.but I wonder could this be what she must be saying while in that hot water….(psalm 71;12-16..)O God , do not be far from me, O my God make haste to help me! Let them be confounded and consumed who are adversaries of my life; let them be covered with reproach and dishonor who seek my hurt. but I will hope continually and will praise You yet more and more. My mouth shall tell of your righteousness and Your salvation all the day For I do not know their limits I will go in the strength of the Lord God; I will make mention of your righteousness, of Yours only.

  5. Dorothy, you have given the recipe for how to make a good strong healthy tea. DJ, many times we talk of how the mouth gets us in trouble. But, you have shown us through God’s Word how the mouth may just keep us out of hot water and trouble.
