“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong in behalf of those whose hearts are blameless toward Him;”

What does your clothes say
about you? Do they show that God has given you;
“Beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” Is. 61:3 The word “garment” in Hebrew teaches us to wrap or cover ourselves. I get the idea we should wrap ourselves in obedience like a beautiful gift where no intruders can infiltrate our minds and take away our purposes and goals.

My Thoughts on July 4th
Lord God its Independence Day
We give you thanks for the men and women
Who fought so this nation would be free
And with life’s blood split
They gave so that we might
Be embraced by freedom
A freedom that allows us to
Worship here today as we wish
We thank you mighty Lord for this!

I have been blessed over and over again and God has met my every need. I have enjoyed giving for the last 18 years as I taught in the public school system. I never looked back and thought I could have poured that money into whatever materialist item I wanted, just a few.

O Taste and See…
“No one cuts up a fine silk scarf to patch old work clothes; you want fabrics that match. And you don’t put wine in old, cracked bottles; you get strong, clean bottles for your fresh vintage wine. And no one who has ever tasted fine aged wine prefers unaged wine.” Luke 5:36-39 Message
