    1. Debi watching you work long hours doing physical labor caring for school greenhouses of plants, garden supplies plus, selling them in unconventional ways with little help made me a little crazed. Seeing you and principal doing home deliveries with shovel to give a hand. And, continue with online teaching so high school students could finish out their year.

      Long list and I haven’t mentioned your family duties while working to increase your backyard garden to furnish fresh vegetables, and plans to can, to help support your family, neighbors and friends.

      I haven’t completed your list of doing because it’s just to long and almost at the point others might not believe. Oh, and sharing the news of a new grandchild on the way. Congrats to you and family.

      I heard Terry Bradshaw giving an interview from his home last week. I’m a football fan so I paused to hear what he had to say. After all he proudly wears four super bowl rings among a zillion other successful things. a Christian testimony as well.

      Terry, was sharing being quarantine At home which was taking care of being home more since he is a real life action figure😍 His story went something like this he was in his study and heard his wife in kitchen laboring away with task and she yelled out, “I’m going “Quarantine Crazy.”

      He paused his labor and headed to the kitchen to say he heard a song from his wife’s words. They contacted Jimmy Yeary, one of the best in the business with songwriting, music plus. His list of successful doing is endless as well. He just happens to be the husband of Sonya Issacs. The issacs had allowed Terry at times to take the stage and share his singing ability of his faith in God.

      Needless to say when God has a Team like this things happen that helps to shape His universe. We hear story after story of The Holy Spirit with Angels on assignment awakened newness in our land. A turtle Dove can be heard in our land of mending and healing. At times we need humor and music to lighten our spirits to continue our chores.

      Yes, It’s dark, very dark. We mourn the death and suffering of our fallen universal family. It seems the prophet Isaiah spoke, wrote with great clarity when saying, “Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the LORD rises and appears over you.” (Isaiah 60:2 NLT)

      We honor the dead-we mourn the dead-We pray for families of the suffering. We pray for families that mourn and are struggling with grief. Covid 19 is the destructive enemy.

      Hopefully we each take a stand and a hand and join with the heavenly band to travel the land to ignite a fire to spoil the living destructive disease that snatches the lives and livelihoods of God’s children.

      We pray for scientists, computer skilled, and all those of brilliant minds that You Oh God have prepared for such a time as this. A stop to this dark plan to kill, rob and destroy The Holy One’s plan. Your plan that ALL may come to The knowledge and saving grace of God. (Titus 2:11)

      And, Heavenly Father, we surely need the guidance of Light to stop business as usual with our thoughts, plans and dollars thinking we can beat Your plan of action by our ”self-actualization”. Forgive us individually and collectively as Your family. Playfully, S

      1. Such a bright spot story to go with the song of Terry Bradshaw, Sara.

        And even while we sing along, we join you in mourning along with words penned by you that express our hearts… “Yes, It’s dark, very dark. We mourn the death and suffering of our fallen universal family.” …and…. “We honor the dead-we mourn the dead-We pray for families of the suffering. We pray for families that mourn and are struggling with grief. Covid 19 is the destructive enemy.”

        And then we gain hope from your cheer-leading us on…”We pray for scientists, computer skilled, and all those of brilliant minds that You Oh God have prepared for such a time as this. A stop to this dark plan to kill, rob and destroy The Holy One’s plan. Your plan that ALL may come to The knowledge and saving grace of God. (Titus 2:11)”. Amen.

  1. And I add my thoughts and prayers for the family in the story above of one Dr. who fought so hard in the fight for so many against COVID-19.

    1. Yes, we are blessed to be able to laugh, rejoice, love and show compassion. Living by Faith is all inclusive. Dosen’t this open our minds to the beauty we so often share and hopefully live:

      Ecc 3:1-8
      1 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
      2 a time to be born, and a time to die;
      a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
      3 a time to kill, and a time to heal;
      a time to break down, and a time to build up;
      4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
      a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
      5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
      a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
      6 a time to seek, and a time to lose;
      a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
      7 a time to tear, and a time to sew;
      a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
      8 a time to love, and a time to hate;
      a time for war, and a time for peace.

  2. Today, Gary, my husband and I were sharing our lunch sandwiches together. He had been cutting grass one of his favorite things to do. Enjoying the outdoors. Yes, he wore his mask. I had been doing my very least favorite thing to do cleaning inside.

    Gary’s talk time was to share an interview he heard with Terry Bradshaw, our singer here. He said Terry spoke briefly about his song. Then his faith and how to work together in this world crises. I felt so blessed hearing this because I had just been thinking, reading and posting my shared thoughts from Ecclesiastical wisdom.

    We finished lunch and Gary went back to his chores and I opened my computer to answer my emails. And, right before my eyes I saw where one of my favorite baseball players was interviewing Dr Fauci. Yes, Ron Zimmerman of the Nats interviewing. Whoa! Had no idea he would be doing that. But, I listened and The Holy Spirit continued to confirm this blog to my heart.

    Dr Fauci and Zimmerman. Ron said Dr Fauci was going to give the baseball world a medical pro thought on when we might see baseball again. Them a baseball quiz and a little fun. It was great.

    I’m reminded of, “hope springs eternal”. There is a season, “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:…” Just think God knew we were going to live though a pandemic. He furnished tools for our trek. Our obedience is our backpack supply. Our actions of loving one another as Christ loves us gives fear a shove into outer darkness. The one tool we all carry yet at times fail to hone its skill is unity. Paul, the champion of unity, much like Dr Fauci, the lead Dr of infectious diseases and Zimmerman, World Series winner gives the skill to use our unity tool.

    Unity in the Body of Christ-Ephesians 4:1-3 ” Paul writes,
    “I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. …”

    I hope you will continue to read the chapter in full with us and add to our online class on unity with Action and hope of seeing healing in the universe where covid 19 is a thing of the past. You might be asking how? Or saying, ridiculous to think we could be a part? Hum vs 7,8, “ He led captives away, and gave gifts to men.”
