The beauty of animals;

“But now ask the beasts, and let them teach you; And the birds of the heavens, and let them tell you. Or speak to the earth, and let it teach you; And let the fish of the sea declare to you. Who among all these does not know That the hand of the LORD has done this,  In whose hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?… Job 12:7-10

I stand in awe of reading the above words. I wonder about my limited thinking for not seeking answers from God’s Kingdom through understanding the animal kingdom. Each day as I interact with dogs of senior age and puppies alike I find so often they reflect back to me the reality of my humanity. We learn dogs are guileless, spontaneous  and unlike people they do not deceive. Whoa, like a drink of fresh water in a parched land, or better!

Do do you have a true story to share from your life showing the truth found in the book of Job as quoted here?

Need Help!

“To the weak I became weak, so that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that I might by all means save some. I do it all for the sake of the gospel, so that I may share in its blessings.” 1 Corinthians 9:22-23,

“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think.” (Romans 12:2, NLT)

Now let me get my daily notes in order with your help, become weak when I see weak …and, I might win some to my way of thinking? And, I get a big reward! Right or wrong? If, right, how?

But, nevertheless, whatsoever, don’t copy the behavior and customs of the world…change my way of thinking and God will transform me into a new person. What will I look like? A) My spiritual gift will be a Star with a brilliant light to help guide the weak to a safe haven? B) Make sure my ego and charisma lets them know I know what God wants or what God is doing in their life. C) sit and rock and do nothing D) Other——.

Compassion in Action

Look for moments of compassion throughout your day and night! Would love to hear your thoughts when you catch a moment!

I had a moment at 3:39 am last night when a text message from someone I hardly ever hear from made way to my phone and gave me an alert and I awoke. My attitude was filled with compassion so I was able to easily go back to sleep and rest and re-enter my day with joy and peace.

Compassion is so high in priority on the characteristics Jesus portrayed for all to see and hear that it makes it easy for images of Jesus to appear! Look for them and share!

“He was moved with compassion.”—Matthew 9:36.

Throne of God Revelation 4

It seems to me lately that when I am talking to church folks I hear lots of lies about things that are not even important to say, let alone lie about. I am thinking have they (us) lied so much that we are a lie. Really, no truth can come from them (us)?

Psalms 24:3-5 “Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? And who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood. And has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the LORD And righteousness from the God of his salvation.…”

Pulpit Commentary says on this…”Verse 4. – He that hath clean hands. He whose hands are free from acts of sin (comp. Psalm 15:2-5), and not only so, but he who hath also a pure heart, since the heart is the source of all evil (Matthew 15:19, 20), and wrongful words and wicked acts are the necessary results of the heart being impure.”

Look and think on these and others passages as you research lies and liars from the Bible; Psalm 101:7 “I will not allow deceivers to serve in my house, and liars will not stay in my presence.”

Revelation 21:26-27 The New Jerusalem “…and they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it; and nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”

I want to be part of The New Jerusalem, don’t you? Hopefully, we will do as much about dieting our lies as our calories. Let’s help one another to be truthful! We have a warning to do this from; Hebrews 3:13 (NLT) “You must warn each other every day, while it is still “today,” so that none of you will be deceived by sin and hardened against God.”

Let’s make 2015 our best as we enter into “The Throne Room of God” while it is open season.

New Endeavors!

“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you.” Isaiah 60:1, NRSV

Let us pray for those starting new endeavors! A new year brings goals of start ups for some! I want to be a part of those with new ENDEAVORS! A cure for cancer(s) and other diseases that need answers. Ways to feed the multitudes that are hungry daily. We need the fish and loaves ministry in action. Advancement in technology in all areas of life and work! So many golden opportunities awaiting for God’s Glory to shine on and through.

Do you have any new endeavors to share?

Illumination

“Then Jesus said to them, “A little while longer the light 🌠 is with you. Walk while you have the light, lest darkness 🌑overtake you; he who walks in darkness does not know where he is going. While you have the light, believe in the light, that you may become sons of light.” John 12:35-36

“For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,🌏 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.” Titus 2:11-14

Rhythms Of Grace

Tonight as I was singing my prayers I had an awakening of Grace! Grace is rhythm and rhythm is grace.

The Rhythms of Grace are for dancing, singing and adorning The Throne of The King with beauty, dignity and boldness of faith. The writer of Hebrews chapter 4 verse six writes an invitation inviting us to come to the happening at The Throne of Grace. “Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.” This gives me the faith to know there is wholeness at the feet of grace. For it’s there where mercy pardons our sins and grace purifies our soul. Aweee, where one sees grace one sees beauty and exactness.

I hope that some will join me in the dance of healing as our beauty adorns the King. Psalm 45; gives us the beat of the rhythm so let’s do as instructed in vs. 11 “Let the king be enthralled by your beauty; honor him, for he is your lord.”
And, response; “You are the most excellent of men and your lips have been anointed with grace, since God has blessed you forever.”

Dance my friends dance! The rhythm of grace is bidding for your love as the waltz of your wedding song gently plays while you vow all the words from psalm 45! Let’s make Christmas 2014 a wedding feast to honor Our King!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas in Art!

This blog as well as many others we share on the daily lily are such Christmas and daily fun as well as peaceful to me when copied, clipped ✂️ and pasted in a non-lined journal 📒 with art, (I use stickers) color pens, ✏️ crayons and highlighters. Finding all the peace, love, hope, words, how and where they connect and connecting them in action to others with words of encouragement, prayer, writing or just singing 🎵 them in the atmosphere and knowing they will fall like a snowflake ❄️ somewhere.

I count my blessings for being an artist 🎨 of words that penetrate 📡the atmosphere to change the atmospheric levels from gloom to bliss, sadness to joy, despair to Hope. My art will never hang on the walls of a NY museum 🗽 but 👀 🔎🔦 your 💜 and you just might find one hanging there! 🌈

Peace as part of Three

In the last few weeks we have blogged and joyed in Hope and Love. Now, we are going to, hopefully, make our Joy theme circle complete with Peace!

I have ever so enjoyed making a part of my devotional time in the last few weeks a creative art in drawing my three foot circle with deeds soaked in hope, love and now peace to ingnite the count down to lighting the JOY TREE! Earlier we have called our Joy Tree the Jesse Tree found in Isaiah 11. AKA The Tree of Jesus.

As I contemplate thoughts of Peace and pray to know and give peace I find myself in sensitivity training. I find among friends I am often time rebuffed with my new points of interest in my three foot circle. It’s a delight really to see and hear the rebuff. I seem to know I’m on the right round about.

To give peace I must have empathy in my quill and to have empathy I need to salvage sensivitity from a source? Thinking thoughts; need met with emotions! Not, pity, arrogance or pride. But, a sincere heart infusion of another’s plight. We so often hear of one receiving a heart stint to give better health to the heart. Great! But, we at times hear about one receiving a new heart. Awesome!  Now, a part of heart health is acquiring peace and it may be found when the mind is enjoying tranquility.

My Christmas Peace is taking me on a sensitivity journey. Why, should I give a man shoes when he needs food? Or, food when he needs shoes? A song of dance when she needs a song of rest? Words when one needs mute? Or, mute when one needs words? A big one, give what I want to give away for a feel good of having gotten rid of my clutter when they don’t need my excess but a new coat? An aging loved one cake when they need Boost? A pink dress, my taste, and frill and they love brown with no  frill?  I think I’m about to get my own point!

Yes, let there be peace on earth and let it begin in my three foot circle of hope, love, peace so others as well as myself will know JOY!  Have you experienced any peace heart changes in your thinking, giving, caring, sharing or being?
