The Collected Sermons of Fred B. Craddock by Fred B. Craddock
In one of Fred’s sermons he writes; “…the struggle from head to heart. I know that the longest trip we ever make is the trip from head to heart, from knowing to knowing. And until that trip is complete we’re in great pain. We might even lash out at others.”

Merry Christmas
Jesus is BORN!
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem
” As he (Jesus) approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it.” Luke 19:41
Today, in Bethlehem;

Jesus Came;
to the Earth as a Babe in Bethlehem. Matthew 2:9,10 gives us an understanding of the wise men and their thinking; “the star they had seen in the east guided them to Bethlehem… When they saw the star, they were overjoyed.”

Mocking Jesus as a National Sport
After a lunch conversation today it became aware to my lunch companion and myself just how often we find ourselves mocking Jesus. Then I read an article on “Mocking Jesus is the New National Sport.” The author writes; “I pray that this will be a wake-up call for all Believers today. A wake-up call that we have got to get back into the marketplace where we live each day and boldly, without shame or compromise proclaim our faith in Christ. If this doesn’t motivate you, nothing will. For too long, we have been intimidated into keeping our mouths shut while those who live in rebellion to God speak loud and bold without fear or conscience to promote their ungodly lives and choices. ”
