My baby Bunny, Nicole, comes to my window each morning! She loves the long blades of grass I leave for her to nibble! But, today she has something below her ear. Any Bunny Doctor to help me diagnose! I hope my little girl is OK. π€π
When I look at those baby birds with their mouths wide open just begging for food. I thoughtβ¦.. wonder if I beg/hunger for food from Godβs Word(the real food) like those baby birds do? Tamm Holton
βCome to me, all you who are struggling hard and carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.β ββPut on my yoke, and learn from me. Iβm gentle and humble. And you will find rest for yourselves. My yoke is easy to bear, and my burden is light. β Matthewβ¬ β11:28-30β¬ βCEBβ¬β¬ https://www.bible.com/37/mat.11.29-30.ceb
I read, βThe red belly robin is another important bird in Christianity. Legend has it that the robin got its red belly from a fire in which it was trying to protect Jesus. The robin represents selflessness for a higher truth (or love).β
Genesis 1:20 And God said, βLet the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.β
April 17, 2021 I shared here a Robinβs nest with eggs right outside my window. My heart beamed with love. I nurtured the nest with quiet and unfettered care hoping to do my part to see the unveiling of baby Robbins and the virgin flight as they fly across the vault of the sky.
A mystery, yes a mystery and a delight for my eyes and hopefully a passion for higher truth and love. π Tammy Holton
Good morning, look at what is sitting right outside the window at my house. βI have a birdβs eye view β I hope to be able to have that βviewβ as the eggs hatch and fly away. I hope to capture a picture of the mom sitting on them.π₯° I think the nest these birds make are amazing.@tholton
Fresh flowers in my kitchen window always causes me to sing a new song! πΌ How do you like my new translucent bud vase? Chris, my son, made it for me with his 3D printer. I used water pics to keep the flowers fresh! π
What song comes to your mind when you see fresh flowers after a long cold winter? What potential do you see in another when reality says slim!
I like this song…..
βIn the bulb there is a flower; in the seed, an apple tree, In cocoons, a hidden promise: butterflies will soon be free! In the cold and snow of winter thereβs a spring that wants to be, Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
Thereβs a song in every silence, seeking word and melody; Thereβs a dawn in every darkness, bringing hope to you and me. From the past will come the future; what it holds, a mystery, Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.
In our end is our beginning; in our time, infinity; In our doubt there is believing; in our life, eternity, In our death, a resurrection; at the last, a victory, Unrevealed until its season, something God alone can see.β
I found beautiful Stella, a cardinal, sitting motionless and stayed as still as a rock sitting in my side garden. I spoke to her with no response. I named her, Stella. I inquired of her for what she might need. She moved her eyes and allowed me to come near.
I waited by her side as I knew there were larger birds that could possibly harm her. I thought I donβt know enough about birds to distinguish male from female. So, I went on calling her Stella.
After a time I heard friendly chirps all around us and I looked and other cardinals were calling her name. She regained her strength and took flight with those of her kind.
The Redeemed of the Lord God will be called by name and take a safe flight when the time is right. Do Not fear! Stella did not fear but waited to hear! What a lesson Stella taught me on my early morning walk.
Matthew 6;25 βTherefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life[a]?
