Dear Father, our souls do truly wait for you. Our souls do truly magnify you. We acknowledge that You have thoughts and plans for each us today and we accept them as ours.
We now trolley into Your thoughts and plans for our lives this day. Plans that make our day zing with joy. We find our stride and pace our steps for happiness and success. When this is our reality others around us may find their way.

St Patrick was quite successful at winning converts to Christianity in Ireland, as we have come to believe.
The St. Patrick’s Day custom came to America in 1737. That was the first year St. Patrick’s Day was publicly celebrated in this country, in Boston.
Today, people celebrate the day with parades, wearing of the green, and drinking beer. One reason St. Patrick’s Day might have become so popular is that it takes place just a few days before the first day of spring. One might say it has become the first green of spring.
Could this be the beginning of spring with ‘snow covered ground’ in many of the places we live! WOW, let us celebrate the beginning of spring with the green. Maybe a little green tea will do for some of us!
Daniel chapter 3 clearly shows faith and obedience to our Lord. King Nebuchadnezzar was a very powerful king of Babylon. He was so powerful he built a golden statue ninety feet tall and ninety feet wide and commanded everyone to bow down to this enormous statue when they heard the musical instruments. King Nebuchadnezzar commanded his people to serve his gods. If anyone refused to obey his commands they would be thrown in the blazing furnace. Everyone obeyed King Nebuchadnezzar. With fearful hearts his people bowed downed before the statue and worshiped a false god. Three Jewish men refused to bow down to the statue. When King Nebuchadnezzar heard of this disobedience he was furious. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were bought before the King. King Nebuchadnezzar gave them one last chance to bow down.

When one carries hope in their heart, ‘Hoping Heart’ they fulfill a portion of I Corinthians 13:13 “And now abide, faith, hope, charity (love), these three but the greatest of these is love”. Hope is as important to the heart as heart is to life. Always have a ‘Hoping Heart.’

ID, show your ID. Do you have your ID? Many of us are asked this each time we go to work. When we go to the bank, write a check or conduct just about any kind of business. Basically, our ID identifies our name, and sometimes shows our picture and other pertinent information related to identifying us.
How many times have you heard yourself, spouse, children or co-workers say “I am afraid I am losing my identity.” We are usually meaning individuality, personality, character, uniqueness, or ourselves in some way, we think and feel certain, that we know about ourselves. We even marry at times to make a sea of identity for ourselves. Our children whether it be good or bad will at times strike accord with others to believe and declare they have identified us, their parents. And, yes, even our Nation can at times identify us.
