WOW! I made it to the “Beach Wedding”! Kitty Hawk NC Friday Night
5PM. Just about High Tide! I think my picture will speak for me. O
Sunset, where art thou?
I didn’t have the heart to show the Bride and Groom but they did
great. After all-it it was their day.

The Methodist Minister was great too, I think, I couldn’t hear a
word he had to say except he had a famous quote that was his very
favorite and then the wind blew it away.
The family, friends and food were impressively splendid.

The house was lovely and full of Tommy Bahama’ s decor. The pool
was inviting but off limits to wedding guest who were all wet from
high tide. But some dived to their chagrin and the groom’s buddies
took all the blame!

“Stiffed Starched Shirts Hanging on a Clothesline”

As I traveled South today with my laptop and looking out my windows upon cotton fields and clotheslines among the decorations of October Pumpkins and the beginnings of Fall Wonders, I see clothes, laundry, personal items hanging outside of one’s home on their clothesline.

My friend of the South and her family hanging out on a clothesline being peeved for the local folks to see.

Have you ever had a peeved friend but you don’t know why and they say they are not peeved? Their family and friends don’t know why and then you talk with others to ask why and try to find out why and they don’t know why.

Well then how do you know your friend is peeved? Why don’t you call and ask her?

My friend, Age 99


My Friend, Age 99

Anna, Sister Grandma, as she is affectionately called by so many died Monday, at age 99!

Anna, had been around a sure long time to make her children, family and friends feel so awful special.

She was wise but now her wisdom knows no limits.
She gained knowledge as she thumbed through her Bible on each and everyday. But now her knowledge is seen with just the eye.
Her heart was passionately in love with all she knew but now her heart is given to all!
Her legs were swollen and swelling but now they are just the right size.
Her hearing had left her for quite awhile but now the friend of hearing has become her very best friend.

I could go on and on but as I speak with her daughter, my friend, we believe we could never cover the all.

“Me and My Malls”

Do you like Shopping Malls? Now I mean real Shopping Malls? Not those little strip Malls with a few stores for convenience, but real Malls? Where I shop!

I take my laptop and cell phone for my work. Take care of all my writings, bookkeeping and scrap booking with my photos from my “Apple”. Meet my friends for coffee my family for meals enjoy all my hobbies of window shopping, walking for leisure and health, plus other related issues.

If you are not familiar with Real Malls, “My Shopping Malls,” let me take you through one on a mini tour as I see them through my bifocals.

It takes a good twenty minutes to find an appropriate parking space, well that is when you want to park close like me since I have a very large purse to carry all my accessories, cell picture phone, digital camera and laptop.

Only another Diamond can polish the face of a Diamond.

Friendships are built on Honesty and Integrity.

Friendship unfolds like a Rose rather than pains and controls like a thorn.

Friendship touches the heart rather than wounds the soul.

Friendship is a tool of Spiritual Growth.

Friendship has no age boundries.

The Golden Rule

Escalate situations or diffuse situations? Do you know how and when to do this? More importantly are you able to escalate, expand, step-up, increase, intensify love, peace and joy and cause them to grow into reality in your life and others? How about diffusing, scattering, disbursing angry, jealousy, envy and strife?

We have just read what is known as the Golden Rule. This verse is found in the context of the Sermon on the Mount. It is the rule of human relationships. Jokes have been made about the Golden Rule. One is the Golden Rule is he who has the gold makes the rules. The truth is the one who has the gold makes the rules. Peace, Do you have peace today? Are you complete, whole, do you have health, safety, prosperity, harmony, rest, and free of agitation and discord. Are you a Peace – maker? What ingredients are needed for Peace, find out today as we follow the Prince of Peace to have peace!

Blessed are the Peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God. (Matt. 5:9) I must tell you that this is one of the hardest and most difficult verses that I have had to deal with from God’s Word.

I want peace with all people; I want to be a loving and caring person. And, I certainly want to be called a Son of God. I want Peace in my home, church, family, friends, Nation and the Nations of the World.
